Observation
Few candidates attempted this question. The performance was fair. The candidates were expected to answer in the following way:

village day celebration.
(ii) Creating space for simple repeat pattern.

(i) Judicious use of space to size specification (25 cm x 15 cm).
(ii) Appropriate arrangement of all elements in the design.
B. TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
(i) Skillful formation of traditional motifs for the simple repeat pattern design.
(ii) Ability to render beautiful and attractive traditional motifs in the simple
repeat pattern design.
(iii) Proper execution of simple repeat pattern in the design.
(iv) Skillful use of materials and instruments.

(i) Choice of harmonious and contrasting colours.
(ii) Effective mixing, application and distribution of colours to specification.
