recklessness on the part of the drivers
bad roads
overloading
lack of road signs
sleeping on the wheels.
Having identified some causes, solutions should be proffered. Some solutions include:
obeying traffic rules and driving carefully
punishing reckless drivers
educating drivers and passengers on proper use of road
repairing the bad roads and constructing new ones, etc.
