CANDIDATES’ WEAKNESSES
Candidates’ weaknesses as reflected in their work included:
(1) Lack of recommended textbooks
Most of the candidates could not access relevant textbooks, which led to them not being able to use the appropriate terms.
SUGGESTED REMEDIES TO OVERCOME CANDIDATES’ WEAKNESSES
- Candidates should improve their reading habits because excellent grades require high determination and serious efforts.
- Candidates’ should be taught on the meaning/usage of words like: define; describe; outline: state etc.
- Recommended textbook should be bought for use in schools. The following textbooks below should be provided for the students in the library.
