- roaming.

(a) Peak time: This refers to the time of the day when the phone network is busiest and calls are more expensive.
OR
The time of the day when subscribers’ activities on a network are highest.
(b) Roaming: This refers to a subscriber’s ability to access mobile telecommunication services from a service provider in a geographical coverage area different from the one originally subscribed to.
