Observation

The question is on grammar, and candidates were required to explain verb phrase of  a simple sentence and give five example of verb phrases in five sentences. The following explanation and examples are required from the candidates:

• Ma’anar Yankin Aikatau:

                        ›  Sashe ne na jumla da ke bayyana irin aikin da jumla ke xauke da shi.

• Misalin yankin aikatau a cikin jumla:

                        ›  Awaki/sun cinye dawar.
›  Wani farin yaro/ya shigo a guje.
›  Wata baqar mota sabuwa/ta shigo xazu da sassafe.
›  da sauransu.

Many candidates attempted the question and their performance was encouraging.
