Candidate's Weakness

The Chief Examiners observed weaknesses in candidates performance  in the following areas:

-  Difficulty in answering questions on sound system;
-  Poor knowledge in Oral and Written Literature;
-  Non mastery of orthography;
-  Non adherence to rubrics;

-  Poor handwriting

Suggested Remedies

- Candidates should develop good reading habit.

- Candidates should be advised to improve their handwriting and write legibly.

- Candidates should be kept busy at all times through take-home assignments.

- Government should make the selected texts available for the candidates in the public

libraries.
