Observation

The question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was fair. In part (a)(i) candidates listed materials needed to officiate a 4 x 100m relay race in athletics correctly.  However, in part (a)(ii), candidates could not explain Staggered Start and heat as terms used in athletics. 
In part (b) candidates mentioned skills in javelin throw.  In part (c) candidates mentioned types of relay race.
