Candidates showed improvement in their ability to:

 

•  adhere to instruction of the performance test
•  report at the centre approved for the performance test
•  dress in appropriate sports wear
•  demonstrate skillfully a god height in high jump event, paying attention to the     

 approach, take-off, clearance and landing

•  skillfully execute the 100 meters race through the phases of the start, take-of, 

 running form and finish as fast as possible.

•  kick a stationary ball placed on the goal as far as possible into the field with 

 dominant foot.
