Observation

Candidates were required to enumerate the place of songs in “Ìrèmọ̀jé”.

The expected points are:

Ipa tí orin kíkọ ń kó nínú ìrèmọ̀jé eré ìṣípà ọdẹ:

(ii) wọ́n fi ń yin ara wọn.
(iii) wọ́n fi ń ròyìn ìṣẹ̀lẹ̀.
(iv) wọ́n fi ń kí ènìyàn.
(v) wọ́n fi ń gba àwọn ènìyàn nímọ̀ràn.
(vi) wọ́n fi ń dárò.
(vii) wọ́n fi ń bá ara wọn sọ̀rọ̀.
(viii) wọ́n fi ń bẹ̀bẹ̀ fún ìdáríjì.
(ix) wọ́n a máa fi ṣàkíyèsí nípa ẹlòmíràn/pe àkíyèsi àwọn ènìyàn sí ìwà eléré mìíràn tàbí èyí tí àwọn ènìyàn ń hù.
(x) wọ́n máa ń fi orin ṣe àlàyé ọ̀rọ̀ tó jinlẹ̀
(xi) wọ́n máa ń fi yọ̀ mọ́ ara wọn.
(xii) wọ́n fi máa ń gbàdúrà/wúre fún ara wọn.
(xiii) wọ́n fi ń kásẹ̀ eré nílẹ̀.
(xiv) wọ́n máa ń fi ṣe ìkìlọ̀.

Majority of the candidates who attempted this question mistook the place of song in Ìrèmọ̀jé for Ìrèmọ̀jé a poetic type of ritual meant for a dead hunter. This led to a poor performance in this question.
