Observation
This question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was very  poor.
In part (a)(i) and (ii) candidates did not perform well.  In (a)(i) candidates state wrong answers such as breathing out water from the body as function of lungs and in (ii) they also state wrong answers such as nose is for smelling.  In part (b) correctly named gases involved in respiration during activity.  In part (c) (i) and (ii) many candidates missed the track they could not give examples of hinge joint and ball and socket joint, only few candidates got the questions right, for hinge joint they stated joint of muscle, joint of the waist, joint of the leg and finger joint as examples of hinge joint and stated hand bone, neck bone as examples of ball and socket joint.
