Observation
This question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was poor.
In part (a) candidates confuse basketball referee with football referee, they wrote wrong as duties of a basketball referee such as to declare final whistle, when time was gone, to monitor
the steps of players, to coordinate the game to be well played.
In part (b) many candidates could not correctly state instances in which a player is not off-side in football game, they wrote wrong answer is such as when a player maintains his position, when the ball is passed to the player in front of defender, a penalty is not counted offside when taken.
