Observation

The question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was fair. 
In part (a) candidates could not mention values that can be derived from participating in team sports. 
They stated wrong answers such as to make item wise-up, it serves as empowerment and also to educate people.   
In part (b) candidates correctly stated benefits derived from All Africa Games although, few wrote out of context  by writing wrong answers such as serves as an exercise, helps in building up the body, serves as empowerment to educate people and protects the interest of other countries in sports.

However the expected answers are as follows:

-           serves as instrument of diplomacy
-           job opportunity for people
-           for economic benefit
-           exposure/socialization
-           development of sports infrastructure.
