Observation
This question was attempted by many candidates and  their performance was poor.  In part (a)  (i) and (ii) candidates could not explain the term pulse rate and  also state factors that affect pulse rate,  candidates wrote wrong answers for pulse rate as the number of periods heart  beat per second in a day or week and they also wrote wrong answers to show case  lack of knowledge for factors that affect pulse rate as occupation, interest  location, weather, equipment and resources. In part (b) candidates  correctly named types of movement possible at joints.
