In 8(a-d), majority of the candidates were able to state what is meant by animal improvement, give the aims of animal improvement, define the terms parturition and gestation period as used in livestock reproduction and name the systems in the body of farm animals. However in 8(e) most of them were unable to mention the advantages of castration in animal production.
