Candidates were reported to have  responded to the questions within their capabilities. Candidates did very well  in their answers to sub-questions on 
                          (i)         the  definition of resistance;
                          (ii)        stating  factors which affect resistance of a conductor; 
                          (iii)       calculating  the length of a conductor from resistance, cross-sectional area 
                          and  resistivity; 
                          (iv)       function  of a fuse;
                          (v)        the  extension of the moving-coil measuring instrument range to measure higher  voltage value; and 
                          (vi)       the  importance of everything in an electrical installation.
