The major weakness was identified as ill-preparation for paper. Candidates showed lack of understanding of the basics, principles, theories and their applications.

It was suggested that, to correct these weaknesses:

• efforts should be made to expose the candidates to the basics, principles and theories of this subject.
• the subject should be handled by qualified and well-motivated teachers.
