General Comments

The Chief Examiner reported that the standard of the paper compared favourably with those of the previous years in terms of scope, difficulty of the questions and coverage of the syllabus. The report further stated that the questions were not only properly framed but were also fair and within the ability of an average candidate.It was also reported that the rubrics were clear and the marking scheme was well prepared, detailed and very lenient to the candidates.
The Chief Examiner also reported that candidates’ performance appear to be better than that of the previous year.
