This question was popular  and straightforward. So, most candidates who 
                      attempted it performed well and they scored  good marks. However, 
                      some candidates  unfortunately dwelt on mere mentioning of the points
                      without elaborate  explanation of their ideas and scored low marks.
                      Candidates were expected  to explain the following points to score 
                       high marks:
                                            (i)         There should be majority rule.
                      (ii)        Tolerance of opposition.
                      (iii)       Protection of minority interest.
                      (iv)       provision and guaranteeing of Fundamental  Human Rights.
                      (v)        Respect for the rule of law.
