Question 5 was widely attempted and very well answered. Candidates were able to mention the causes of accidents in the kitchen such as leaving items on the floor and passage ways, failure to clean up spillage, slippery floor, and inappropriate footwear. They were equally able to mention the items in a first aid box such as cotton wool, lint gauze e.t.c. Their attempt at mentioning the importance of kitchen hygiene - e.g. to prevent food contamination, to provide safe/clean environment for staff - was commendable.
