Candidates' Strengths

Candidates demonstrated their strength by adhering to rubrics and answering questions within the spaces provided. Furthermore, they exhibited commendable strength in answering questions 2 and 5. In question 2, candidates displayed a mastery of the topic by providing correct explanation for the different types of catering establishments and they also performed exceptionally in questions 5 (a), (b) and (c) where they stated the causes of accidents in the kitchen, listed items found in a first aid box and stated the importance of kitchen hygiene respectively.
