Observation

 

This question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was poor in it. In part (a)(i) some candidates correctly defined rest. In part (a)(ii) many candidates missed it. In part (b) majority of the candidates could not differentiate between rest and recreation.
The expected answers are as follow:
(a)  (i)  Definition of rest
-is a period of relaxation, sleeping, sitting down and lying down/doing nothing that involves physical tasking/explained                                

(ii)   Ways by which a human being could rest

  • sitting down
  • lying down
  • sleeping 

     
(b)       Differences between rest and recreation
