The question is on Customs and Institutions (Al’ada). Candidates were required to explain how any two of the above practices are done in Hausa culture.
(i) bikin hawan daba
Biki ne wanda sarakuna da dama suke haɗuwa don sada zumunci da ƙara ƙulla shi a junansu.
Yawanci, akan yi taron daba ne da nufin taryen wani babban mutum ko wani babban baƙo.
Bikin daba, hawa ne na dawakai inda kowane sarki ko hakimi yake haɗa kungiyarsa su yi hawa tare, bayan an yi wa dawakin ado, mahayansu kuma sun ci kwalliya. Daga nan kowane sarki da mutanensa zai zo ya zagaya filin da aka shirya don bikin. Sarakuna suna bi ne ta gaban manyan baƙi.
(i) ɗori
Ɗori fasaha ce ta gyara ƙashin da ya sami karaya da sauran matsaloli a jikin mutum ko dabba. Daga cikin ayyukan maɗori akwai:
- gyara karaya
- gyara taragaɗe
- gyara gociya
- gyara tsagewar ƙashi, d.s.
Kayan aikin ɗori sun haɗa da:
- garin magani da saiwoyi
- man shanu ko kitsen kaza da ake hɗdawa da garin magani a shafa
- karare da sillayen ɗori
- sawaye/ƙyalle
(iii) ƙosai
Ƙosai nau’i ne na abinci da ake yi da wake a sha koko da shi. Idan za a yi ƙosai, sai a sami wake a jiƙa, sannan a surfa a fitar da ɓawon. Daga nan, sai a wanke a cire hancin da kyau, a sa albasa da tattasai ko attarugu a markaɗa a mayar da shi ƙullu. Daga nan sai a sa gishiri a buga shi da ƙoshiya don ya biyu, ya kumbura. Daga nan sai a ɗora kaskon tuya a kan wuta a zuba mai ya tafasa. Daga nan sai a rinƙa debo ƙullun da ɗan ludayi ana jefawa, ana juyawa har ya toyu.
