The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of the previous years.  The
 questions were simple, straightforward, comprehensive unambiguous and within the
scope of the syllabus.

The rubrics were clearly stated while the Marking Scheme was well structured and
comprehensive with marks well distributed. 

There was a slight improvement on the performance of candidates this year when compared
with the previous year.
