In this question candidates were expected to describe the happenings in Lydda and Joppa but some of the candidates were able to mention that:
(i) At Joppa Peter met Tabitha who was full of good works;
(ii) She fell sick and died;
(iii) Her body was laid at the Upper room;
(iv) The disciples called for Peter to raise her;
and this fetched them low marks. Just a few of them wrote that Dorcas kindness was instrumental to her being raised to life by Peter. The news spread abroad and many believed Peter’s preaching.
In the (b) part most of the candidates refuse to mention that:
- The prayer ministry of the church is of immense important;
- Healing ministry is an essential ministry in the church.
- Gospel should be accompanied by signs and wonders.
The overall performance was just average.
