This was one of the popular questions in this Section and their performance was just average, although some of the candidates mixed it with the mission of the twelve. Those that know it handled the question well by mentioning;
(i) Appointment of seventy and sending them in pairs to the places he
was to visit;
(ii) He asked them to pray that the Lord of the harvest would send labourers into the harvest;
(iii)He sent them out like lambs in the midst of wolves.
Some were able to mention further the instructions given them and the task to be performed during the mission. But they failed to add that:
(i) Jesus said he saw Satan fall from heaven like lightering;
(ii) That he had given the seventy authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions and nothing will hunt them;
(iii)Jesus asked them to bless any house they entered.
