This was a popular question among the candidates.  Unfortunately, many candidates started by narrating the call of Abraham which is different from       God’s Covenant with Abraham.  Many of them gambled over the question as   they were short of facts and this affected their marks.  They were expected to write that:

1. God would bless Abraham exceedingly;
2. Nations and kings would come from him;
3. Sarah would be blessed with a son called Isaac.  
   But the (b) part of the question was well attempted as majority of them scored the six marks.  They were able to mention reasons for covenant relationships, e.g.

1. For protection against enemies;
2. To satisfy the demand of culture;
3. To establish a relationship/friendships.
