Observation
This question was attempted by majority of the candidates and their performance was good. In part (a) (i) most of the candidates correctly named the illustrate diagrams. In part (a) (ii) candidates were able to mention events the sports item labelled B could be used for. In part (a) (iii) majority of the candidates did well in it. In part (a) (iv) many candidates did in it. In part (b) a few candidates could state differences between pole vault and long jump events. In part (c) most of the candidates were able to correctly list officials involved in 4 x 400m race in athletics. In part (d) candidates did well in it.
